The first role I held in Hollister Secure Start Services is a constant reminder of just how important our day-to-day efforts are for those who use our products and services.

As a Supply Chain Specialist in Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM), I am responsible for identifying and implementing cost improvement opportunities, ensuring the finished goods suppliers for Hollister meet performance standards. Therefore, in turn, we meet or exceed the quality required for our customers, and finally monitoring the extended supply chain to deliver these products around the globe at the lowest cost possible. Our team is a unique entity within Hollister that has the ability to enhance the organization’s production capability, capacity, and cost by providing competitive outsourcing alternatives to internally manufactured products. 

I am passionate and dedicated to constantly improving GCM’s corporate impact, but my first role at Hollister in Secure Start Services is what serves as a constant reminder of just how important our day-to-day efforts are for our customers and end-users. My appreciation for our culture and Immutable Principles grew exponentially during my tenure as a Lifetime Service Coordinator in Secure Start Services. I was directly making life more rewarding and dignified for the people who use our products and services every day. This was rewarding, challenging, and often times very intimate. My conversations with end-users varied from simple troubleshooting to serving as a trusted confidant during their times of need. While I have truly found my place in Hollister within GCM, I will always appreciate the virtue and perspective I obtained while working in Secure Start Services. 

Through the Hollister Immutable Principles, I have developed a stronger sense of humility, compassion, and perseverance.  Additionally, Hollister continues to present me with opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. Furthermore, its dedication to work-life balance has been a true blessing to me this year as my wife and I welcomed into this world our baby girl. I am incredibly grateful for everything Hollister does and allowing me to be a part of it.
