Mandy Robinson

Mandy Robinson joined Hollister Incorporated in 2013 to lead the Ostomy Global Marketing Organization (GMO). Subsequently, she held leadership roles in several functions, including Quality, Clinical & Regulatory Affairs; Research & Development (R&D); and Commercial Leadership for Central Europe and the Americas. In her current role as Vice President GMO, R&D, Business Transformation, and Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Robinson is responsible for the company’s product line strategies and portfolios, and is leading the business transformation to simplify and standardize business processes and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Hollister, Robinson was with Baxter Healthcare for 15 years. She held roles in a variety of functions, including R&D, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, US Marketing, and Global Marketing.
Robinson holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, as well as an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
