Mark G. Kalifa joined Hollister in 2004. In June 2024, he was appointed Vice President Corporate Development for JDS Inc., Hollister’s parent company. He leads the Company's Corporate Development initiatives, Global Market Access and Government Affairs, Global Clinical Affairs, and Global Market Insights and Strategy groups. His focus is on driving business development, enhancing market access and reimbursement, leveraging evidence, and gaining market insights to inform strategy. 

Kalifa has held several key roles at Hollister, including Vice President for Nordics and South Europe, and Vice President of Global Quality, Clinical, and Regulatory Affairs. In these roles, he managed business units across multiple countries and unified the global quality, clinical, and regulatory groups into one organization. 

Prior to Hollsiter, Kalifa was an attorney with the Law Firm of McGuireWoods in Chicago where he represented healthcare companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance. 

Kalifa holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law and a law degree (Juris Doctor) from Widener University – Delaware Law School. He also has a BS in Finance from Villanova University.
