Stuart Edgley

I am honored and incredibly excited to be part of the Leadership Team, enabling me to play a small part in the future of this great company.”
Stuart Edgley joined Hollister Incorporated at the beginning of 2018 as Vice President Finance for Europe. Later that same year, he was promoted to Vice President Finance Global Products, and then appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2021. In April 2023, Edgley became CFO for JDS Inc.
Edgley has extensive financial and general management experience gained over a 30-year career in the Healthcare and Medical Products industry, with broad experience in Finance, Sales, and Operations at both country and global levels.
Prior to joining Hollister, Edgley was Chief Operating Officer at Rising Tide, a dual-purpose foundation based in Switzerland. Before Rising Tide, his career included more than 20 years at Baxter International where he held numerous Vice President positions – the last of which was Vice President of Finance for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Edgley is a Chartered Certified Accountant (CCA) and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
