Exploring our ESG Journey


At Hollister Incorporated, one of our primary reasons for being is to make a difference in the journey of life. Our ongoing commitment to preserve the planet, advance associates, and care for customers and communities is directly tied to that resolute purpose.

Our 2023 Hollister Sustainability Report: Making A Difference in the Journey of Life details the progress we’ve made as well as the essential work ahead. Highlights include:


 Achieved ISO 14001 certification in Bawal, India and Fredensborg, Denmark, reaching 50% of all manufacturing and distribution facilities certified

Installed a solar power plant at our manufacturing facilities in Kaunas, Lithuania (1 megawatt) and expanded our plant in Bawal, India (total .93 megawatts)

Released our Speak Up Policy to expand on the guidance included in our Code of Conduct and formalized our global Human Rights Committee

Launched our second Employee Resource Group (ERG), the Veteran Engagement Team, while advancing Women’s Initiative Network ERG initiatives

Enhanced safety performance and achieved a Hollister-best Total Recordable Incident Rate of 0.53
